Sometimes I don't have greens for my salad or I just want something real quick and simple. I love to slice cucumber, red onion and tomato. I add my favorite vinaigrette and and let it sit while I make dinner. Simple, fresh and works with any dinner you are making. try it and let me know what you think.
now this is my kind of salad...I'm not a big fan of lettuce.
ReplyDeleteThis is a nice salad. My grandmother used to make something similar to this. Their light, healthy and filling. I'm gonna give yours a go.
